The way we work — Retrospectives

The nature of work we do is complex, the cause and effect are not obvious and not known before hand. When we look back we always understand the relationship between the cause and effect and learn from it. Retrospectives help us to look back, reflect on what has happened and take corrective measures.

Retrospective meetings are part of our regular life, different groups of people get together at set intervals to discuss about how did we do in the last few weeks. To run retrospectives effectively, we have made sure to have a healthy environment for everyone to voice out their opinions and also follow up religiously on fixing things that are not working for us. We also keep changing the format of our retrospectives so that this does not become a boring ritual.
